My Ticket Mate

My Ticket Mate is an app that gets people into venues more efficiently so they can spend more money at the bars and concession stands. If they are able to separate their digital tickets easily, they won't have to wait for each other outside or even at a different venue, spending money at that bar instead. Some of them may have wanted to get in and watch the support bands, but their friend with the ticket arrived too late.

Problem

Live music venues make most of their money through bar and concession stand sales. When the attendees are all stuck in a queue at the entrance they are not inside spending money.

Solution

My Ticket Mate is a web app designed to help event organisers and venue owners safely and efficiently get crowds into performances well before the show starts. It does this by solving problems that event attendees commonly encounter between when they buy the tickets and when they have to present the correct scannable ticket at the entrance. My Ticket Mate will organise tickets for attendees; it is their personal Event Control Centre.
